REDWOOD FOREST - RECONNECT WITH LIFE
I have such a strong connection with the Redwood Forest in East Warburton. As I make my way through the grand entrance I feel completely at home. The pines that reside here have spent years together growing and supporting one another and that sense of support is felt with each step as I move through the Forest.
Reconnecting with nature is a beautiful way of finding that feeling of centeredness within. Join me in a feel good session as I guide you through exercises that invite you to connect with nature and awaken your senses.
Forest Therapy is researched based and recognized for its preventative benefits since the mid 1980s. Strengthen your body's natural defenses and reduce your blood pressure and cortisol levels the natural way. Leave feeling with a sense of calm, inner peace and harmony.

WHAT TO BRING
No expectation - weather appropriate clothing - water bottle - closed shoes
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early as we start on time, this session is 40 minutes and I want you to get the most out of your session.
There are no toilets in this area so please use the facilities in the town of Warburton prior to making your to the Forest.
This is detox from technology so please have your phone on silent, there will be plenty of time for photos at the end of the session.
