WHAT TO EXPECT
Forest Therapy is a researched based therapy that has proven results in showing one 2 to 3 hour session can sustain physical and mental effects for up to a month. This one day retreat is designed to quickly reduce stress through a personalized stress release program. Reconnect to self and nature through specifically designed activities that will slow down the body and mind. When I say exercises I don't mean pushups or star jumps, I want to teach you about a sit spot practice that will completely relax your mind and body. I want you to experience an aroma touch session with pure essential oils and the most beautiful music. This is just a techniques that will allow you to re-center and balance your body and mind.
